Salomon XT 15 2L

The XT 15 2L hydration pack clearly borrows from Salomon’s athletic heritage but detunes things a bit to better suit the needs of day hikers rather than just catering to runners. It fits closer to the body than traditional day packs but has more support in the backpanel and the hipbelt than you’d expect to find in a running vest. In addition to a dedicated sleeve for the included 2 liter hydration system, the pack has a sizable rear compartment, ample up front organization, and a rear bungee system that doubles as a compression system for the pack and a way to lash a rain jacket or other items to the exterior without eating up any of the internal storage. And here’s a little secret, it’s sleek enough that you could probably run in it too.
