The ultra marathon-ready Zygos has gotten some seemingly minor updates for 2022 that combine to greatly enhance its already excellent on-trail performance. The pack’s ErgoFit harness has always excelled at delivering a comfortable, bounce-free fit that allowed for unencumbered movement but a new MaxO2 adjustable closure system grants it single-pull adjustability that is much appreciated while on the go. An upgrade to the mesh makes for a cooler, quick-drying carry and reinforcements to the rear compartment offer increased durability. A removable insulated sleeve helps to keep the contents of the included 2 liter reservoir cooler longer and a redesign of the harness pockets makes for better ability to keep everything at the ready that you may want while pushing hard.
