Granite Gear Perimeter 50

We are always excited to see what Granite Gear has cooked up next and the Perimeter 50 certainly smells like another winner! The roughly 3000 cubic inch pack weighs right around 3 pounds but comfortably carries up to 40 pounds making it, like so many Granite Gear packs, a great option for thru-hikers. A unique clip-in ladder system on the backpanel lets you adjust not only the height of the shoulder straps to accommodate varying torso lengths, but also how far apart the straps are set, resulting in broader and better fit adjustment than the norm. While the Perimeter 50 is basically a cinch-and-roll top closure, the pack does have a protective top flap to keep contents secure and aid in compression. Don’t want or need it? Remove it entirely and shed a couple of ounces.
