This new rechargeable version maintains those features we love so much but eliminates the unnecessary weight and waste of throw-away Alkaline batteries. The imbedded 2400 mAh Li-ion battery charges quickly, offers up to 19 hours on a Medium setting (250 lumens), and maintains performance even in cold conditions which isn’t the case with standard batteries. An easy-to-read battery meter gives good visibility of how much battery life you have left. The housing is slimmer than the prior version which makes the headlamp an even better option than it once was for running and climbing.
